WRFG Labor Forum on Monday, August 8, 2016

The Labor Forum airs every Monday from 4-5pm o RFG 89.3FM.
The guests for the Aug. 8th program include Troya Sampson, activist and author, discussing Operation Whiplash, an initiative of the Reed administration as an anti-crime measure. The Labor Forum team will ask what are the criteria in measuring real security for a community? This discussion will begin at 4:15.

In the last segment of the program, Eshe Shukura joins WRFG Labor Forum Engineer, Christopher Hollis, to discuss the roles that the arts (theater, music, visual, and performative) inform and influence movement work, and visa versa, as well as provide education and healing in unique and lasting ways.

Please tune in Aug. 8 and every Monday to hear topics of interest to working people and their families.
