WRFG Labor Forum on Monday, July 16

As part of the WRFG 89.3FM summer pledge drive, The Labor Forum is showcasing other programs

on our progressive, community radio station of interest to our listeners.
Last Monday, we spoke with Cliff Albright, host of Race Matters, about how the issues discussed on
his Wednesday, noon-1pm show aligns with topics raised on The Labor Forum as being critical to a
winning workers’ movement.
TODAY, The Labor Forum, 4-5pm, shares the airwaves with Kwame Wilburg, of the Beyond Borders program on
Saturdays from 5-7pm. The latest political, economic  and social developments in Central and Latin America
and the Caribbean are presented by a multi-lingual team, bringing in depth coverage to the WRFG listening
audience.
We will be discussing the interplay between issues impacting those regions and working and poor people
in the US.
During our summer pledge drive, we request your financial support to keep WRFG on the air now and growing stronger
in the future.
You can make your contribution on air at 404.523.8989 any time as well as online at wrfg.org.
